The laces fell off after maybe 5 uses. I reached out to their warranty department, given how expensive the shoe is, and they said there's nothing they can do about it. They do not offer replacement laces (which probably won't help anyway, because the laces don't stay on anyway), and they do not offer warranty-related refunds. For a shoe that costs so much, it's incredibly low quality, and the customer service is horrible.

dont buy this shoe. We purchased after 5 months- the laces completely came off- and shoe cannot be worn. the sneakers are still in perfect condition- but cannot be worn bec it cannot be made tight. Zappos wouldnt do anything for me. Stay far away from buying these for your kids!

When I saw these sneakers I knew that my son would love them just as much a I did, and OH BOY, was I right! These nice comfy sneakers are unisex, which made them special to me. They currently come in 3 colors. They are light, so the kids play in all day comfort. I love how versatile they are, you can dress them up or down. To be comfortable , durable and stylish are always top tier! The velcro strap and hook and loop strap, makes them easy to slip on and off, and no time outs at the playground to tie your shoe laces. The construction of this sneaker is superb!
