Review for Zappos VIP Points (What's this?)

This slider sandal runs a full size too small. It has a firm, but cushy feel. Both straps have Velcro and can be adjusted to fit. I think this will be a good casual run-around sandal this summer. Zappos was quick to exchange for a larger size, twice. Excellent customer service!
