I bought these because they are extremely comfortable and after ankle surgery they are really the only shoe that works well for my feet. However, in just 2 1/2 month the sole is already separating from the upper! I only wear these shoes inside the house, never outside. They are like slippers for me. But this poor quality is not acceptable! I reached out to customer service, provided photos and was told I'd have to ship them back, wait for quality control to look them over and decide whether or not it's a quality issue or not. The whole process could take about 3-4 weeks when you figure in UPS shipping (and the fact that UPS is on the verge of a strike).

These shoes have been a life saver. As an older woman, putting on shoes had become a chore. Unable to bend over, or bend my legs, I had to use shoe horns, ask for help, or just wear flip flops. I love I can just slip my foot right in. Thank you.

Review for Zappos VIP Points (What's this?)

Definitely allows for the no hands slip in. Runs very small. I'm normally an 8 and ordered an 8.5 and it's too small. I walked in them before I really felt it, so couldn't return, but I like the shoe so much I'll be buying it again in the next size up.
