Generally, the Sam Edelman Vienna pump fits true to size, with many customers finding them comfortable and consistent with their usual size, but some with narrower feet might find them roomy or slightly long, while others with wider feet may need to size up for a snug fit.

Customers Say

Customers love these classic pumps for their versatility, being suitable for both work and interviews, and appreciate their perfect heel height that elongates the leg. The color receives positive feedback, with one customer noting the warm brown shade, and the appearance adds a pop of shine to outfits. Customers disagree on the fit, with some finding them too narrow in the foot bed, while durability and value for money are also mixed aspects, with some saying they wear well and are worth the cost, while others report poor leather quality and find them not worth the price.

These are NOT leather as described on the listing here. Cute shoe and glad it was on sale because I'm disappointed they're not leather as expected. I would return if full price. Please don't mislead customers by describing a shoe as leather when they're indeed pleather. This has happened now twice for me on Zappos.

Fit was good. I ordered this shoe and the Cole Haan Go To Park Pump, both in size 7.5 ( I am a consistent 7.5 shoe). Both are beautiful shoes - the Cole Haan was slightly more comfortable. The toe box of this shoe was slightly tighter than the Cole H and so I returned. This is a really nice shoe though and it was a close contest. I liked the color of the Sam Edelman a little bit better - the nude color is very lovely. I will however look at the Sam Edelman shoes again - very nice quality shoes.

I typically wear an 8.5 but they left visible space behind my heel. The 8 fits like a glove. The kitten heel gives my legs sexy lift without the negative impacts of a higher heel. The insole is cushioned allowing for all day wear. The leather is incredibly soft. I tried on countless shoes and nothing compared to these. I love them!

Absolutely beautiful shoe, everything about it is perfect. Wore them right out of the box to a holiday dinner dance & danced all night (I'm 75) ! So comfortable! Do not hesitate to buy them . I bought the black suede, so elegant! Fit true to size , well worth the cost ! Love them !

Gorgeous, the perfect 70mm heel height for me. As much as I love The Hazel, these are more everyday wearable.
