Snug, secure fit. Traction on indoor court good. May be a bit snug feeling if you prefer wider toe box. Firm insole that you may wish to change out for a personalized orthotic or cushier ride. As a setter, appreciate the firm support when moving side to side quickly.

This is probably my 15+ pair of asics--the only brand I wear. BUT, this particular pair is the MOST uncomfortable show I have ever put on my foot. I've tried breaking them in (not usually needed before) and after two + months of daily wear, they are no better than on day one. The plastic on the top is to blame I'm guessing as it doesn't stretch. I wear them only as long as needed on the court and immediately remove them as my feet ache... I would not recommend and am so sorry I didn't get my normal style and wasted my $$$

Review for Zappos VIP Points (What's this?)
Have been wearing Asics volleyball shoes for years to play squash and these are the best I've ever worn. I have narrow feet and the sock liner provides a lot of support, the cushioning is great and they're fairly light. Love them!
