So I usually wear a 10.5 in shoes and the regular width is good, but these are for more narrow feet. I gave them to someone and he said they're the most comfortable shoes he's ever had. . I've decided to get a wide shoe from now on when ordering New Balance shoes. You can get on their website and print off a size guide to help you find your width, and size that fits you best. Now all my shoes seem to fit perfect after finding I have a wide foot :) Good luck.
