I bought these for myself for birthday and was so excited to wear them. When I opened the box, I fell in love instantly - the bow and the crystals are so lovely. I tried them on and the fit seemed similar to my other TB flats. Upon closer look, the front and sides of each shoe was scraped - like it had been worn and returned. I was so disappointed. I definitely cannot justify paying hundreds of dollars for a used shoe - and they’re now out of stock so I can’t exchange. I know Zappos has a very generous return policy - but please don’t sell used shoes to someone else. I’ve been a Zappos VIP for years, and this is the first time I’ve had this negative feeling towards the company. Please inspect your products before you send them out. Needless to say, I will be returning them :(

Great shoes but not for wide feet. Really loved them but had to return them. Im a 10.5w. And they fit length wise, but width was too tight.

So cute, she loved them! She had tried them on but thought they were kind of pricey. I bought on sale!

These shoes have exceeded my expectations, brought me numerous compliments, and are very comfortable even on hard to fit feet. I have worn them dancing and walking. I have hammer toes and bunyons and the shoes comfortably accommodate them. They are very stylish and sparkly in lighting at night. I highly recommend them..

These flats are simply stylish, practical and perfect in every way. I only wear Tory Burch flats because they fit me perfectly. No more heels for me at my age! Tory's styles are classic and most can be worn with casual to the dressy attire.
