Customers Say

Customers love these shoes for their excellent quality, butter-soft leather, and versatility, with one customer noting they work well with both slacks and skirts. The shoes receive positive feedback for their appearance and cushioning, and customers appreciate the high-quality leather material. However, the fit and arch support receive mixed reviews - while some find the width and length fine, others mention the toe box being too tight, and while some praise the arch support, others find it lacking. The length also gets mixed feedback, with some finding them too long while others say they're too short.

Review for Zappos VIP Points (What's this?)

An extraordinarily comfortable and flattering shoe. I have a foot that is hard to fit (wide with with a narrow heel). I can wear an 8 or 8.5 in a W or WW depending on the particular cut/style of the shoe. In this case the size that fit me best was the 8.5 W. Like another reviewer noticed, the shoe box was shallow, so I wanted some distance between my toes and the front end of the shoe, hence the 8.5 length. I found that the WW ran a bit wide, and because of the soft material, it would probably stretch, so I chose the W. Having the shoe a bit more snug on the sides, kept my feet from moving to the shallow end of the toe box. The strap around the heel is slightly elasticized and keeps my narrow heel from slipping out. I was able to get a perfect fit in a very comfortable shoe in a style I really like. Thank you Zappos for your excellent selection and service!!

The shoe fits great. I wear a 7.5 W and am wearing them to a wedding (because I cannot wear heels anymore). They are dressy but also can be used for casual wear. Color is a true navy. You won't be disappointed if you buy them.

I loved these and the soles were very cushy and comfortable. Unfortunately, the toe box is not tall enough and was squishing the top of my big toe.

Difficult to wear for narrow heels - sling slides off, and if you tighten too much, it scrunches foot forward into the toe. Very cute - wanted them to work!

Love the softness of the leather and the height of the shoe. At 79 I'm not looking for heels...just shoes which will see me through an even be it dinner out, a wedding or just getting out of flip flops and sneakers.
