Customers Say

Customers find these shoes versatile, noting they can be dressed up or down and are suitable for various occasions. The appearance receives positive feedback, with one customer mentioning they work well with both dress pants and jeans. The fit and comfort receive mixed reviews - while some find the width perfect and the footbed soft, others report the shoes are too tight in the toe and heel. The arch support is minimal, which customers consider a negative aspect.

Review for Zappos VIP Points (What's this?)

Ok basic black shoe. Mainly the sole design makes it a good bad-weather choice. I got a few styles with this sole, all with varying degrees of comfort. The patent cap toe is great for an outdoor wedding. However, the styling of the toe area on this particular one is somewhat matronly and blah. Simple uni-body design in the front without that extra seam would have been sharper. Slightly narrow in the front

Very cute. This particular pair created two blisters Low cut at the front hits right where the big toe is. Then because of the leather topper at the heel, there’s not a smooth finish. Some of the leather is rough causing the blister

I have a hard time getting shoes for my narrow feet. The shoe stores don't seem to have them anymore. My only hope is Zappos, and my favorite shoes, Clarks. THEY LAST FOREVER! These shoes fit perfectly and are sooooo comfortable. I can wear them with anything. I appreciate Zappos quick service. If they don't fit right, Zappos replaces them Fast! They won't be getting these back, They are Keepers :)

I have arthritis in my big toe and the top of the shoe cuts across that part. I liked the style, the color is a darker caramel than I thought it would have been, but a nice shoe overall. I had to return it because of my toe.
