Review for Zappos VIP Points (What's this?)I got 10XW. Width feels good. Length feels more like 11 than 10. If you have a high instep, then putting them on isn't too comfortable. The top part is too long and interferes with the 'high instep' part of the foot, as you are putting them on. Also that will be the tightest part of the shoe(where the strap is on top) for those of us who have that issue. Otherwise, good shoe.

Both shoes show a large wrinkle across the toes each time the shoe flexes with a step. The same problem happens with both of the sizes I tried. Cute style, but sadly, not one I'm going to keep.

Overall, I was able to wear these for entire eight hour shift in complete comfort. It took a couple tries to get the size right. The heel area is somewhat large but I ordered wide width. I like that I can slide
these on easily . the sides have some elastic stretch on top of the foot bed area which helps if your feet swell a little . It’s just an all around comfortable shoe. Customer services was excellent! I will be ordering another color soon!
