Everything you could possibly need in a Jacket. Performs well in a range of temps. Have used it in the teens with a vest and in the mid thirtys with vents open. Relaxed fit is true to size.

Super solid jacket, just enough insulation to keep you warm but not too bulky. I just wear a base layer underneath and it's enough to keep me warm in the 20's. I also appreciate the length as it's long enough to keep your butt warm on the chairlift.
I also wore this in Tahoe in the pouring rain and it kept me warm and dry - which is more than I can say for my pants and gloves!
Overall a really great option.
