Customers Say

Customers love the shoes' cut-out style and appreciate their soft leather and well-constructed build. However, the fit and comfort receive mixed feedback - while some find them comfortable, others say they feel too big and can't wear them for long walks. Moreover, the arch support is inadequate for many customers.

The leather is quite soft and buttery. The shoes are very lightweight. The intricate lacy cut outs are stylish and eye catching. I do need some arch support which these shoes lack, so I personally could not wear them on long walks. Overall though, they are worth keeping.

I love the Pikolinos Jerez style loafers and Mary Janes. The Nata color and design in this loafer are beautiful. I haven’t bought white shoes in years and I love these. Typical comfort, durability and quality I expect in the Jerez, which is my go to everyday shoe. No break in period and comfortable from the get-go. I have bunions and flat feet.

Style is awesome, and I love the feel of the leather. This is a handsome shoe, but it would have gone back because it's about 1/2 size too big. This particular pair is defective, however, in that the left shoe is poorly constructed and simply doesn't fit, with gaps on the outside edge. Unwearable.

I normally wear an 8 or 8.5 narrow. I found the 8.5-9 size to be perfect...long enough to fit my feet comfortably and not too wide. They were comfortable as is but I like extra cushioning and was able to insert a Dr. Scholl's comfort liner with no problem. They do not offer arch support but I do not plan to use these so much for walking distances. I love the style and think they look great, definitely a "cut-above." I hope they wear well!

The size was AT LEAST ONE SIZE TOO SMALL! I couldn't even get it on my foot! I am very disappointed. Why wasn't I warned that this shoe runs so very small??? And "small" is putting it mildly! The shoes I have purchased from you have always fit just right. Now I have to go to the post office to return them and risk getting the VIRUS. Very upset about this! Am anxious to hear from you.
