Customers Say

Customers find these shoes fit well and appreciate their arch support, cushioning, and colors. The durability receives mixed feedback - while some say they hold up well for a year, others report the material peeling near the toe area. Comfort and traction also get mixed reviews, with some finding them easy to slip on and off while others report slipping on their feet. The sizing receives criticism for not coming in wide sizes.

Review for Zappos VIP Points (What's this?)

I love Alegria shoes for their great arch support. I have a very bad back and these shoes help me with my back issues. I also had problems with Plantar Fasciitis but wearing Alegria has resolved that issue. I am a nurse and have worn Alegria shoes for years. I would not have be able to continue working as long as I did without these shoes. I purchased this pair to wear around the house when I am cooking to give the support I need. They aren't as bulky as some of the other styles.

The fit is not what is decribed, the shoes are very narrow and I put them on wore the shoes in my home for about a hour and I have brusies on the top of the toes and the top of the foot where the instep is, they are not offered in a wide, so any one with foot problems like I have would be wise to avoid the shoes. nice looking good brand but not for anyone who has joint problems.

So i loveeee these shoes. Always go up a size with alegria as their size chart differs from the normal. Im normally a 7.5 but got a 8-8.5 in these fit so good.

These are hands-down the most comfortable shoe I have ever owned- and I have Vionics, Clarks, other Alegria. The support is cushiony, not hard, like some shoes with arch support have. I hope that Alegria will make more shoes with this type of support in other styles and colors. Background on me-I am a teacher and am on my feet all day long. I need the comfort!

Very comfortable. I was having knee pain, but it disappeared when I started wearing these shoes. And the style is so versatile - wear with dress pants, jeans, casual skirts!
