Insole Replacements

I've always bought UGG insoles as a way to refresh last year's old boots that I wear every day in winter. These are at least the third pair I've bought and the quality of these is nothing like the previous ones I've bought. They say Made in China, their inpacked "instructions" are in every language except English, and they are truly nothing like the ones I've gotten in previous orders. They are narrower than my boots so that I can feel the edge when I wear them. There is no finishing stitching around the edge of the shearling, and the glue is gooping out at the edge of where the "heel" is glued to the sole, and they are really just cheap. But the worst part of it is that they're $5.00 more than the last pair I bought. These are really terrible!! If I didn't really need new insoles in my favorite boots, I'd return them, but even uncomfortable, they're better than nothing!

Bring back the old ones! VERY POOR QUALITY. I can’t believe I paid $20 for these. They are awful. Very hard, cheap and uncomfortable. The old style was soft memory like foam which were perfect replacements . I’ve been wearing Uggs for so many years and bought tons of replacement soles when the inside of my boots wore thin. For what Ugg’s cost the quality of products has plummeted. I’m really disappointed that I may have to stop buying Uggs.

I am very disappointed!! Although these Ugg insoles appear to be made very well, they are too hard and too thick to be an Ugg. I can NOT wear them in my Uggs (I have been an Ugg wearer since 1986 when they were called the ugly boot.) they are so hard and thick that my heal uncomfortably rubs against the back of the boot and the boot becomes too tight to wear. How could Uggs do this?!! However, I found the insole to work well in my rubber boots. I am very disappointed in Uggs and will be giving them a call in hopes that someone will listen. I do not suggest these insoles for wearing with Uggs.

As others have said, the quality is NOWHERE near as good as it has been in the past! The insoles are already bunching up underneath my toes after one week. Uggs is cutting costs by manufacturing inferior products now and is going to lose a lot of loyal customers if nothing changes. Uggs customers have always been willing to pay good money for quality, but the quality is simply not there anymore.

I am very dissatisfied with these new inserts. They are not even half the quality of Ugg’s previous inserts. They are super flimsy, have no support and the lambswool is already separating from the sole ????? What’s going Ugg’s? Not the quality I expected from Ugg’s as I have been a loyal customer of theirs for the past 20 years.
