I’ve had this pair of Uggs since 2012 and they have been well loved and worn every season, but haven’t been cleaned or treated in 7 years. I followed the directions exactly as noted as the bottle and was really blown away by the results. Leaving them to dry for 24 hours after cleaning with the toes stuffed with paper towels also helped to restore some structure. Also glad that a little bit went a long way and know that I’ll get many uses from the cleaner, protector and freshener. Will definitely be using more frequently from here on out!

GREAT. I use this to take care of my Ugg boots, especially the pre-treater to protect from rain and snow. Doesn’t turn your Uggs into rain or snow boots, but prevents them from getting ruined if they get a little wet. I give this as a gift when I gift Uggs as well.

It's intended purpose was to get a current stain out of my new ugg boots and it did not. In fact it created a larger stain and made them worse. Also I used the cleaners on my old ugg boots and it literally did NOTHING to even clean them.
