I had such high hopes for these shoes after hearing good things about them at Nordstroms. They said the shoes were very comfortable and sold out in my size. I ordered 2 sizes from Zappos and agree that they are comfortable but found that the strap construction was poorly sewn. I tried two different sizes but the strap gaped badly behind the ankle after I took a single step. There was no way to adjust it and I don’t have a skinny ankle. Sadly, I had to return these.
