Review for Zappos VIP Points (What's this?)

I was so looking forward to receiving my order. They're cute canvas shoes and look really nice on the foot, unfortunately I had to return them. The size 8 was correct, but on the side of the heals on both shoes I could fit my hand into it. They were rubbing on the heal, because I slipped out. The canvas seemed stretched, because the paper inside covering the shoes was torn?!
