Review for Zappos VIP Points (What's this?)

Too narrow and felt small. I'm a size 11 and these heels crunched my toes and made it painful to walk (really more like hobbling). The shoe material doesn't have enough give to make this workable. Beauty is pain sometimes, but these were impossible to wear.
