Review for Zappos VIP Points (What's this?)

I feel like this will be a love or hate Timp version for people. The tall piece on the heel was a no for me. Just why? It was stiff and literally just dug into my heel. The upper around the ankles is also very stiff and cut just a bit too high. Rubbed against my ankle bone. The tongue was wrong as well. It did seem to have a tad more width then Timp 5. Finally, the laces end at the wrong place on the toes and created issues when flexing during walking. Sadly, sending these back. The color and look of the shoe was beautiful, though.
