Review for Zappos VIP Points (What's this?)

Sending the second pair back. They fit but are very hard support. I wore around house hoping it would help. My heels were hurting this morning. They are too low to the ground wiith no cushion. You have to loosen them alot to get on. Then tighten the laces all over again to tie. Even the top is hard.
