Unfortunately, this sandal is not wearable. The wedge sole has no flex to it at all, so it's like walking on a brick. It's so stiff that it makes the heel slip out of the back. With that type of pull, I suspect the ankle strap would give out pretty quickly. Very cute but utterly uncomfortable (and I own a lot of espadrilles and wedges, so it's not like I'm not used to that style). Will go back :-(
