Review for Zappos VIP Points (What's this?)

Clear miscommunication between design and production. It’s impossible to get a correct fit because the heel strap was fabricated too long and there is no way to adjust it. if you size down in order for the heel strap to fit correctly, the shoe will be too short. There is no scenario where the heel will not fall off the back of the shoe. I also didn’t care for the notching out of the cross strap because it would’ve been more anchored without the notch.
