I usually wear a wide size. I ordered a wide size as usual, but the straps on these shoes were EXTRA wide and quite loose on my feet with no way to tighten them. They are sort of OK, but I wish they could be tightened. I needed the shoes in a few days so did not return them. I just wear them anyway.

The fit and size of the Naturalizer Shenna sandal was almost perfect. I ordered the 6 1/2 W because I have flat feet with bunions, and a size 6 is usually not long enough length wise. The sandal is very lightweight and is what I was looking for to wear with summer outfits, unfortunately the strap at the top is still a bit snug on my forefoot. My pinkie toe would slide out of the top strap too. The velcro straps do have an elastic goring that are forgiving if you have a more normal foot. I wish shoemakers would cut down on velcro straps and go back to tongue and groove straps, the velcro straps can only be adjusted so much. The soft gold is a nice neutral for summer, for the price the sandals seem like they're a one season wear if you wear them often. I'll be sending these back.

I'm so sad these shoes don't fit. They're really cute and comfortable and the length and width of the shoe is true to size. Unfortunately, the height of the straps over the top of my foot is way too big. There's about a 1/2 inch between my foot and the straps and no way to adjust the strap tight enough to fit properly.

This sandal is faux (aka fake) leather and I am not a fan. In the past, I have informed Naturalizer that I am disappointed that they no longer offer very many styles made of genuine leather. Fake leather does not give, and its edges are rough and scratchy. Also, they no longer offer sandals in narrow width. I was able to insert my hand into the gap between the straps and the top of my foot. Except for the length, this sandal didn’t fit me anywhere! At least the style is cute.
