I loved the look of these shoes, very slimming, and also the solid feel of the footbed/arch. They have less padding around the opening than other Adidas styles I've tried on, though. The reason I returned them was that they ran a size large on me (I tried a 5, my usual size, and also a 4) and even with the 4, the toe area was still a little too large, such that the shoes bent and rubbed against the top of my foot with each step. I was ordering for a trip where we will do a lot of walking, so I had to go with my second choice, a size 5 Vans style, which was a better combination of fit and padding. If I had unlimited resources and storage space, and no qualms about owning too many pairs of shoes, I would have kept these in a heartbeat.
