I finally broke down and paid the price for the gold merlot heeled sandle and for me, they are worth every penny. I have plantar faciatis and alot of foot trouble and wanted so badly to have a dressy pair of shoes that did not leave me in terrible pain after the first 10 minutes of wearing them. I loved them from the moment I pulled them out of the box. I went for it with a trip to the Dallas Arboretum for Christmas Dinner and walked around the whole place and for all 12 days of Christmas displays and had no problem. I had wondered what would make this heel different from other heels as far as the support and it is the cushion in the heel is great and the way this shoe is made. I ordered my regular size 9 and was a perfect fit. As soon as I can pay these 4 payments and pay these off I will order the black, then the white, and so on! Highly recommend. Thank you Vionics.

Super cute shoes! But my feet literally were swimming in them! Wanted to love them, but they felt like and extra wide, and my foot is, I'd say, medium to narrow width. If they were narrower, I definitely would have kept them.

Really wanted to like these. They would have been a good choice for shoes for a wedding that I'm going to. The straps on the left shoe were looser and a bit floppy. Right shoe fit fit. I don't know if I got a pair that had been tried on and stretched out, or if it was a manufacturing problem, but these shoes aren't made the same. Sorry, had to return them. Kind of tempted to re-order and see if another pair fits differently.
