Loved the style of this shoe. Very classy and summery. It would have been comfortable, too, except for the fact that my 7N feet walked right out of these beautiful flats. I don't know why I keep trying Trotters brand when I know their narrow shoes are not narrow enough for my skinny feet. Ever hopeful, right? And thanks to Zappos for making it easy for me to continue to try!

The insole lifts so I can add my ortho insert and the shoes fit just fine. I think all shoe manufacturers should leave the insoles loose to allow for individual adjustments. Thank you for having narrow sizes. They are so hard to find these days.

The shoes fit perfectly, and I was so pleased that they came in the narrow width. They are very comfortable, and look very nice with dressier slacks and skirts. The customer service on this order was extraordinary. I needed them for the weekend, but had initially ordered a half size larger and they didn’t fit. The Zappos customer service agent saw that they came to me in time for my event. Always so pleased with the customer service at Zappos.
