This sandal was okay in terms of quality right out of the box. It felt good on my foot except that the straps were all too wide and loose. I could easily fit my finger under the first toe strap, and the crossed instep straps were also loose. I think shoe companies need to offer both wide and medium now, to accommodate low volume feet and full volume feet. Wearing shoes that are too loose is dangerous and bad for your feet. I will return them.
