The fit and size were spot on (size 8) for my 70 year old feet. The band across the toe perfectly hides my bunion, which was an unexpected bonus. The color is not a deep navy blue, more like a grayish blue, but I think that is a plus since it picks up the navy OR gray colors you are wearing. Except for a "hot spot" on my heel after wearing them for the first time to run errands (and which I always get until I break in new shoes these sandals are truly comfy and cute for the summer.

It seems in lifestride shoes, they tend to run a bit narrow for me so I got a wide this time and this fits much better. A little loose but probably for the best since sometimes my feet get a little bigger on hot days.
