Review for Zappos VIP Points (What's this?)
Unlike the other reviewer, I found this shoe ran too long. I feel I need a 1/2 size smaller. It is a serviceable looking shoe and I like that they have a removable insert. It will not win style points but if you want a conservative heel you can wear all day and the length works for you, it’s a solid pump.

Review for Zappos VIP Points (What's this?)
I'm a US size 9, European size 40 in most everything, so ordered a 40, which description says is US 9-9 1/2. I found this shoe tight in length and toe width. Styling is really nice, as it's hard to find a comfort shoe that doesn't look clunky. Not sure if I'll try the 41 because it may be too big overall.
