These shoes look great and on someone else's feet they may be more comfortable but I had to return them because they didn't work for me. The sides cut into my ankles and the toe is too pointy. They are also loud when walking on hard surface floors.

zero arch support. the insoles are not removable, so would have to rip apart the shoes (and therefore render them unreturnable) to try a better insert for them. the toebox seemed pretty narrow for the wide width and lacked additional depth to accept an insert as well. would exchange for a 1/2 size up, but it's unavailable at zappos.

I found this shoe comfortable and it offered moderate arch support. I wouldn't want to run in it, but given the style, no one would expect to do that. I bought a 8.5 W - my normal size and it didn't bother my bunions. The fact it is leather, will allow it to stretch a little bit more for even more comfort. I like the pointed toe, with the crossover design which makes my wide feet look narrower and adds to its beauty. This particular design still gives my toes plenty of room, unlike many pointed toe styles. It looks nice with everything from jeans to dress pants and casual dresses, which makes it versatile. I am impressed that it doesn't gap like so many flats do. After much searching, I have finally found a perfect ballet flat. The warm beige color is a good neutral color.
