the right shoe was clearly used and the left shoe has a piece of hard cardboard that cannot be removed and it sticks out of the top of the shoe. very disappointed and very surprised as zappos usually does a great job with quality control

I love these! They’re super cute and very comfortable. They run large, I always wear a 10 or 10 1/2 and had the exchange the 10 for a 9 1/2. The fit is perfect now.
