Really happy with this purchase. I Bought these for a winter Paris trip. The leather looks and feels high quality and my feet were warm. The lug heel was very comfortable for long walking (and warmth). The overall silhouette is pleasing- not as chunky as other Chelseas. I wore the boots with denim during and with long skirts and they looked great in both settings. The sizing was accurate. I wear a 9/9.5 and the 9.5 in this boot allowed for wool socks and plenty of toe movement. I hope they last!

These boots are almost perfect. The leather is soft and beautiful, and the footbed is so comfortable. But the boot shaft is oddly narrow. There is an elastic stretch panel, but I don’t think it’s possible that it could stretch enough for the boot shaft to be comfortable, even once broken in. If you narrow calves, you might love these boots.

I ordered the "wide" for healthier toes but these are extremely wide in the heel (won't stay on), and barely larger than average in the toe box. They are also very heavy, which is not great for foot/toe health. I may keep the same size in "regular" due to limited options for those who get ingrown toenails but have average sized heels. The brand that discovers the demand for a larger toe box while keeping the structure of standard boots will hit the jackpot.
