Love the shoe. Wished it had better arch support in the footbed. I will order an insole with arch support. With this I would have given the shoe full 5 star review. The shoe seems well built. The leather is soft and pliable. Very comfortable shoe.

Review for Zappos VIP Points (What's this?)
The inside of the shoe is stitched at the heel, right by your achilles tendon. The material is abrasive at the stitch point. I wore socks, but the moment I put them on I could feel the seam. There was no way I could wear the shoe comfortably. It's a poor design and could be easily fixed with a little more material. I love the look, but returned them.
