Poor quality. After a little over 3 months of use as a high school student's backpack, one of the shoulder straps is detaching from the backpack. Customer service refused to replace.

I bought this backpack for my son, who is a college freshman. His laptop (16.5) fits nicely and remains well protected. Extremely roomy backpack that has enough capacity to accommodate a weekend's worth of clothes (maybe more) if traveling. Backpack appears to be well made; I am hoping it will last a long time.

I bought this backpack for college but recently went ice fishing with my dad. The backpack has many pockets. I could store most things I needed for the week in there.
Also excellent for college life
