I bought the very same size sweatshirt in a differ color from REI. I have washed the REI sweatshirt several times in (cold water) and dried it at very low temperature until damp and let it finish drying in the air. The REI one fits just fine. I liked the color of this one at Zappos so ordered it in the same size. I washed and dried it just like just like I did the one from REI. BUT IT SHRUNK I CANNOT WEAR IT. Maybe this is why the sweatshirt I bought from Zappos was half the price of the one at REI. Very disappointed.
