I have finally found a brand that fits. I’m 6,3 & 225 lbs, athletic upper body with some muscle but not jacked. I have a longer upper body and constantly buy shirts that fit up top but aren’t long enough in the length(especially after one wash). This shirt is what you’re looking for if that describes you.

I absolutely love the fit and feel of this shirt and all things Tasc offers. Of all the high(er) end apparel companies I think Tasc offers the best quality and performance for the price point. I find the size large to fit just right, I weigh about 240 with some muscle mass but also some belly fat. Zappos was prompt and professional as always with the shipment.
