I loved the boots. I wore them almost every day during what we have for winter months. I noticed after 3 months however the leather separated from the rubber. Not really helpful in keeping the water out. I called Zappos to see about an exchange, because let’s be honest they look worn. And Zappos said they do not carry them anymore and they do not except worn items in return. Bummer. But then Zappos said let’s get you a full refund anyway. And amazon carries them if you’re interested in re-purchasing. And the boots are yours to keep if you wanted to see into getting them fixed. Oh. And here’s the customer service number for sorrel. Is there anything else I can do to help? Holy crap. Now that is customer service. I have never heard of a company that goes to that length for their customers. The shoes may not have lasted. But I will never buy my shoes, or purses from any where else but Zappos. Absolutely fabulous customer service.

Love these boots! They run big. I'm a 9/9.5 in shoes and these are big on me...with two pairs of socks, they're fine, so I guess they're sized for really cold weather and not just bumming around. I wouldn't get an 8; however, but if I were an 8.5/9, I would go down to an 8. Love that the laces go through holes on the side and you just tug to tighten. They never get super snug around the ankle, which is fine with me because I like to just slide them on, but they do sound a little "gallumphy" when you walk around, if that makes any difference!

What an excellent snow boot! It looks adorable and keeps my feet dry and comfy. However, when trekking through deep snow the top of my feet got wet through the leather upper. Other than that, five stars.

I love these boots! I have horrible luck with boots, between my large foot, and my fat ankles, most boots just don't feel very good on my feet, often giving me callouses or blisters. These are really comfy, and soft! My feet were extra tender from wearing my old boots the day before I got these, and it even felt good on my borderline blisters on the backs of my heels. Additionally, the laces are perfect, because it can be adjusted to fit nicely around my ankles, while still not hurting my feet. Five stars for sure.

I picked these boots after reading a ton of online reviews for different styles. The 5 star rating is completely accurate! These boots are weather-resistant, warm, cozy, and a bit cuter than other similar styles. I wear a 7.5 or 8 depending on the style. I chose 7.5 after reading the reviews, and my feet fit nicely in them with a thicker sock. The height of the boot is just right for me, as i don't wanna fuss too much over tucking a ton of pant into my boot. The fluffy lining is heavenly, completely lining the inside of the boot (except for the insole, of course), and giving this boot a more feminine look than many of the traditional styles! I am beyond impressed with my purchase!
