The fit was perfect. However, there was one imperfection that I could not overcome…part of the Velcro closing on the left shoe was rubbing the top of my foot. I tried adjusting the strap but never found a way to prevent the irritation, ever after only trying them on. I really liked the shoes, but felt if I wore them for any length of time, my foot would be bleeding. They had to go back.

These didn't provide as much arch support as I would have liked. I also felt like the straps on top dug in a little bit (but I have higher arches). They looked nice, though.

The velcro closure at the top on the sides had no room to tighten and rubbed against my skin every step - very painful. The color and feel of the leather were perfect. When will shoe makers stop using velcro on quality shoes?
