I put these on in my kitchen after enthusiastically opening the box. I took two steps, removed and repacked them. NO arch support at all. Pointless for me to wear such a shoe! I will only be in pain after a few short hours. They are indeed soft, with the uppers being soft and pliable and the footbed being cushy. But the cushiness does not help if there is no support, which is a feature touted by the brand.

The shoe is great; it’s my foot. I have a very high arch & the top of the shoe has a small “roll” on the top & it makes it too tight on my foot.

I love the red color and the height is good for work. I’m disappointed that they are not WW barely W. I have another clog from Softwalk that are definitely true to width.

I have worn SoftWalk for years and was planning on always buying these shoes. The comfort was exceptional. However, they decided to change the style and all clogs have a lining on the back. Terrible feeling. Then my feet were swimming in the shoes. I could feel the same comfort on the arch, but I can't be walking around wondering if I would twist my ankle with my the huge space on the sides and the back lining sticking on the bottom of my feet. Decided to stop trying SoftWalk and buy something else.
