I Love the shoes but purchased my first pair size 11 and it was to small gave them to my daughter and reorder a size 12 in blue and another style in black size 12 the second pair arrived and fit wonderful so I am expecting the third pair in 2 days. Great shoes and Zappos shoes are a a little cheaper that other companies. I have purchased 5 pair of shoes from Zappos and like them all. Great service and delivery.

I have a hard time finding open shoes(clogs,e.g.) that don't flop on my feet. They are too big and wide for me, but very comfortable. I'm going to try a narrow if available.

I ordered a 10.5 Wide and the shoe fit great! The reason I gave it an overall 4 star is because the shoe has a strong odor. I'm guessing it's due to the dye used in making the shoe.
