These are the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever purchased from Sofft. There is little to no support. I took them to a weekend shopping trip. By the end of the first day my feet ached from the lack of support. They are so hard you feel like you're walking on wooden blocks. Unfortunately I didn't bring a back up pair of shoes and by the end of the trip I was ready to send them back. Too bad I've already worn them. I'm so disappointed in Sofft!

Very disappointed that Sofft does not make as many wide width shoes as they used to, These shoes had great support but were incredibly narrow

Purchased and tried these on at the Flagship store. Salesperson assured me they were comfy but the footbed is Hard after wearing them for awhile. Heel does have cushy feel. I wore them for 3 hours at a Christmas event and couldn't wait to take them off. Sorry I bought them as they will not suffice for extended time walking or being on my feet.

Seems like it runs small: toebox is narrow even though (like I usually do for booties) I went up a 1 full size. Cute boot though, especially in the medium Grey color, but I don't care for the burnished toe box. >>> News flash, people, most shoes and boots have ZERO arch support in them! Seriously. I worked in a specialty shoe store, where we helped people with moderate to severe foot problems, like plantar fasciitis, diabetic neuropathy, fallen arches, hammer toes, bunions, etc. I know A LOT about shoes and their innards!!

I wear a 9.5/10 and went with a 10 to account for socks. This worked perfectly for me with thin socks. These are a very attractive color shoe - not a normal 'gray.'
