Just received this bag for a trip to Alaska and can't wait to load it up. PROS: beautiful color (loden), lightweight, great number & depth of pockets both inside & out, and carrying versatility from handbag to crossbody to backpack. But the most surprising was all the security features- loop locks on front pockets, RFID coverage, clip lock for the top zipper, chair loop lock, and anti-slash material! Some reviewers commented on the gap on each end of the top zip which amounts to about 1" but won't impact anything I might carry in the main compartment. I really don't see any CONS here but haven't used it yet. May amend this review post-trip if I find some flaw but right now I think it's perfect for any need you might have!!!

The perfect size carry on for long trips; lots of pockets and safety features. It will fit nicely under the seat in front of me. I love the color.

The bag was quite limited in what I could actually pack, compared to other personal bags (Away, Everywhere Mini was my ultimate choice, even though it costs more). I really appreciate the security design elements which I won't get in the Everywhere.

I have other Sherpani bags & backpacks. Switching to the plastic hardware was a big mistake. The bag looks and feels cheaply made now.
