These run pretty dang small! With thin socks or tights I can wear a 9.5 in most boots. I typically wear a 9.5 in most shoes, other than trainers, which I'm a solid 10. These felt like a small 9 or a large 8.5? Pretty narrow as well. I've tried on multiple brands of the kitten heel pointy or snip toe boot, from Zappos and amazon, they all feel cheaply made and would not handle every day wear. The leather they use is thinner than what they use to make purses. Personally, I'm pretty rough on my belongings, so I'm going to need a more robust shoe than what's available in that style. Frustrating.
