These were just okay; a little cheap looking. I was looking for something more luxe, which I wasn't really expecting for the price (but I figured it was worth a try). They're fine for the price, however, the Lexie boot by Tony Bianco is only $50 dollars more, but looks much more expensive. I ended up buying the Lexie as a back-up and I'm glad I did.

This review is based on Zappos customer service alone! Take your business and money elsewhere! I bought these boots from Zappos and 10 days later they are 50 percent off on the manufacturers website! One would think a large corporation would stand by their business less than 20 days after purchase! It definitely makes you think twice about future purchases! I know I will take my business elsewhere! So disappointed of companies that take advantage! Especially during the holidays! Shame on you Zappos!

This was a very cute boot, but when I put it on in sags at that the ankle. It runs large around the ankle. It just did not sit right and I can see it over time becoming very droopy and creased at the ankle.

Love love love these boots! I got the snake & black. Everything about them is awesome! I wear a 7 & got a 7 & fit is true to size. Quality boot w/ soft leather. Love how the top has a different look & although the ankle is loose & there is a LITTLE bit of scrunch, that is what adds to the appeal of this boot. If you google pics on models, they look fabulous no matter what!!

Fit and size perfect. Packaging terrible did not come in a Schultz box boots were folded in a brown box, no duster bags. Very bad. Did not like that.
