I've bought Yoga Spree 2 in the past and saw this newer Yoga Joy style and decided to go with them. Here is the difference between the two: Spree = feels like an actual yoga mat, extremely comfortable. Very flat so not good for walking long distances. No arch support. Joy = more of a memory foam yoga mat, which is still comfortable but not to the same degree. More arch support so they're better for walking longer distances. Hope this helps!

However, the underside of the strap is poorly constructed with rough material and cut up my foot after walking around the block. I’m sending them back.
