Review for Zappos VIP Points (What's this?)
Item runs big. Zappos no longer offers exchanges so when I wanted to get a different size at the price I paid they would not honor. I had used a coupon for a discount which should have been honored when repurchasing the exact same shoe in a different size. Disappointing
