Beautiful! I bought both the beige and gold, cant get enough of the cap toe trend, so elegant and classic, the beautiful quality leather and cushion footbed. Great purchase!

I was very excited to get these today and imagine my surprise when I open the box and immediately it was obvious they had been previously used. The bottom of the soles are scuffed up. I dont understand I was sold a pair of used/returned shoes.

I was looking forward to receiving my order and imagine my surprise and great disappointment when they arrived and they were clearly previously worn. What I cant understand is how I was sold a pair of used shoes? I have been buying some settlement shoes for several years and this was a great letdown.
