I really thought I would love these shoes. The heel placement seemed like such a smart choice. I can see how it would take some adjusting to, for those of us who have worn traditional pumps forever but they seemed to have promise. Unfortunately, I wore them ONCE for about 6 hours (most of which was in an office; very little pavement/concrete) before one heel tap came off completely. Suddenly I was walking on the metal pin or nail that is supposed to hold the tap in place, and scratching the dark wood floors in our office. This was my first and last time with this brand. Such a disappointment, and a complete waste of over $100!

I was skeptical about the reviews that said these shoes were comfortable given the pointy toe box. But they were right. This brand is not known as a high-quality shoe but the sling back made my narrow heel very comfortable and the bright pink is just absolutely beautiful

The Sam Edelman Bianka Slingback Pumps are a classic. I put them on immediately as soon as I received them because I was somewhat worried about the size after reading the reviews from others who have worn them. My fears were quickly relieved and I determined that they were true to size. I have been walking around in them off and on for extended periods of time to be sure of this and they are truly a comfortable fitting shoe. I was impressed with the meticulous packaging of these shoes. Each of the shoes came individually wrapped in a dust bag that had the "SE" initialing printed on them. On the bottom of each shoe were the same initialing as was on the bag, along with a simple and classy design. I chose the black suede material, and I could not have been more pleased that I did. These elegant pumps have the trendy pointed toe, small adjustable buckle, and a small 2.4 inch uniquely styled heel. They were everything that I was hoping they would be! The Sam Edelman Bianka Slingback Pumps are a great match to go with your dressiest of dresses, as well as with your favorite pair of jeans topped with a nice blouse. They will enhance every style of dress that you wear without being "too much" or "not enough". These slingback pumps have a simple design, yet they are stylish and elegant! If you are looking for a black suede slingback pump that you can never go wrong wearing, I would highly recommend this Sam Edelman style that will match with just about anything in your closet!

I wear 8.5 and I purchased 8.5, perfect fit as always with Sam Edelman shoes. These shoes are comfortable and stylish. I am glad I purchased them.

I wore these for an all day conference and they were surprisingly comfortable. My feet are somewhat wide, so I was shocked at how comfortable and easy to walk in they are. They are, of course, very cute and sexy in person as well!
