Unfortunately, it rubbed the top of my foot and I knew it would create a problem.

Fit: perfecto!

It feels and looks like a well-made shoe. The sole of the shoe is sturdy and the fabric is high quality and robust. They’re not light-weight, which wasn’t ideal compared to the everyday shoe I am trying to switch from. My current shoes are made for arch support and are extremely lightweight, so these shoes felt like a big change. I think I could get used to them, provided my arches are continually supported and plantar fasciitis doesn’t start sneaking in. My biggest complaint, considering I’ve only worn them for a few days consecutively so far, is that they gave me a bad blister from the heel of one shoe rubbing really badly against my heel. The other shoe fits and functions without rubbing. Im nit sure what is causing the rubbing, but I am sometimes between wide and medium widths. I ordered wide and they were surprisingly narrow for wide loafers. In addition, the toe box was more narrow than a typical wide shoe so there was a lot of extra shoe in front of my toes. This was awkward. Finally, they run true to size but are definitely snug. In width so it was hard to tell. And with the extra toe length, they seemed both too big and too small at the same time.
