I ordered this item two times and both time the glasses arrived broken with bent frames so that they were totally unwearable. I contacted Zappos customer service after the first broken pair to alert them that their packaging was insufficient (it arrived in a flimsy envelope, no cardboard box to protect the glasses). Very unsatisfied and will not be ordering glasses from Zappos again.
